All areas of financial remedies, including claims after an overseas divorce, jurisdiction disputes, declarations of marital status and financial provision for children. Reported cases include Waggott v Waggot [2018] EWCA Civ 727, Crowther v Crowther [2017] EWCA Civ 2698 and A v A [2018] EWFC 62.

Claims under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996, Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.

Available to act as a Private FDR ‘judge’.

All other areas of private family law, including children disputes, international child abduction and Family Law Act injunctive relief. Reported cases include re W [2017] EWCA Civ 2152 and Borg v El Zubaidy [2018] EWHC 432 (Fam).
