Mr. Hyatt is Co-Chair of Dentons’ US Nonprofit Entities practice. He focuses on corporate, tax exemption, and governance issues for nonprofit organizations. Tom represents hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers, health plans, ACOs, provider associations, accrediting organizations, physician clinics, and health-related organizations. He also represents colleges and universities, institutionally-related foundations, and related organizations on governance and public policy matters.
Career
Mr. Hyatt received the 2017 Outstanding Nonprofit Lawyer Award from the American Bar Association.
