Thomas Legler is partner and head of the arbitration team in Geneva. He is also a member of Pestalozzi’s IP&TMT practice group. His practice focuses on representing corporate and private clients in international and national arbitration and IP litigation cases. He also regularly acts as chairman, sole arbitrator or co-arbitrator under the ICC Rules, WIPO, Swiss Rules, or in ad hoc panels. In addition, Thomas Legler advises corporate and private clients in the field of intellectual property (trademark, copyright and patent law), TMT, data protection as well as entertainment and media law.
