Thomas Legler is a founding partner of Killias & Legler - Dispute resolution with offices in Geneva and Zurich. His practice focuses on acting as chairman, sole arbitrator or co-arbitrator under the ICC Rules, WIPO, Swiss Rules, etc. or in ad hoc panels. He also regularly represents corporate and private clients in international and national arbitration.
In addition, Thomas advises corporate and private clients in the field of intellectual property (trademark, copyright and patent law), as well as entertainment and media law.

University of Berne (1988). Bar admission (1991). University of Geneva (LL.M., 1993; Dr.iur., 1996). Elected as Deputy Judge of the Federal Patent Court (2012).
