Tina is one of the UK’s leading contentious and non-contentious partnership and limited liability partnership experts, acting for all types of businesses in the professional and financial services sectors.

Tina is also a hugely experienced corporate lawyer, specialising in M&A.

She advises businesses on establishment, structuring, partnership documentation, mergers and other types of combinations and affiliations, regulation, partner and team moves and the entire gamut of management issues that professional firms face. She frequently works on international transactions and has represented many of the US law firms that have established a UK and EU presence. She also advises individual partners on issues such as exits and team moves.

Tina co-founded and was for many years Senior Partner and Chair of Fox Williams LLP.

She is the independent Chair of the Remuneration Committee of another law firm.
