Recent instructions include the acting in the Michaela school, West Coast Railways, Lucy Letby, lockdown, Article 50 and ‘Black Cab Rapist’ judicial reviews, and the proceedings deciding whether Deliveroo Riders had employment protection. His private and public sector clients range from major companies to private individuals, governments, and regulatory bodies. He is appointed Panel Counsel to the Crown (A Panel). He is co-author of a wide range of textbooks including: Education and the Courts (LexisNexis); Judicial Review, Supperstone, Walker and Goudie (Butterworths); The Protections for Religious Rights (OUP); and The Law of Regulatory Enforcement and Sanctions (OUP). He was educated at The Queen’s College, Oxford University where he gained a Double First Class degree in Modern Languages. He studied law at City University, London.
