Career
Tom Stanley is a senior managing director at K2 Integrity in London and head of the firm’s global asset recovery practice. With over 14 years’ experience in litigation support, dispute resolution, and asset tracing, Tom assists clients across a wide range of industries in locating assets ahead of litigation proceedings and in support of judgment enforcements.
Tom regularly advises clients in complex commercial disputes, including corporations and sovereign states facing fraud and asset recovery issues, and has particular expertise in developing investigative strategies in support of litigation, arbitration, and asset recovery. Tom and the asset recovery team are experts at gathering evidence in support of these disputes and assisting their clients with the deployment of this evidence to recover their funds efficiently and successfully.
Prior to joining K2 Integrity, Tom was a freelance investigations consultant working for a family office and other private clients in London and has also lived and worked in Madrid.

Work Highlights
Tom has accumulated a wealth of experience in the corporate intelligence and investigations industry. Notable cases include assisting with the identification of assets and subsequent enforcement of an arbitral award for a private client against a Balkan state, the identification of over USD 500 million in assets embezzled by two individuals from a bank they previously owned in the CIS, and supporting a state-owned enterprise in the global enforcement of a USD 5 billion arbitration award against a sovereign state.
