Tom has acted in a number of disputes featured in The Lawyer’s ‘Top 20’ cases in recent years, including the multi-party proceedings concerning the $2 billion ‘tuna bond’ scandal in Mozambique, the FX-rigging litigation, the Financial Reporting Council proceedings concerning audits of Autonomy, and the dispute over West Ham’s use of the London Olympic Stadium. He has also acted in a number of substantial arbitrations (LCIA, ICC and ad hoc).
