Over his 25 years of professional career, Tomasz has acted for international clients in all real estate sectors, including logistics, office space, retail, leisure, and residential properties. He advises on the entire spectrum of real estate activities, from land acquisition through the development process, including permitting, financing, and leasing, all the way to disinvestment and portfolio transfers.

His recent endeavours mainly focus on real estate re-purposing as well as the logistics sector. Based in Poland, Tomasz has represented major international investors and developers in numerous landmark projects in Poland, Ukraine, Hungary and Lithuania. He has vast experience of assisting international manufacturing corporations operating in Poland with respect to construction and labour matters. Since joining Wolf Theiss, Tomasz has put together a vibrant Real Estate team in Poland which he continues to lead and motivate. Additionally, as the Co-Managing Partner, he also serves as a guiding force for the entire office.
