Tomasz Targosz specializes in intellectual property cases, in particular in disputes concerning copyright and related rights as well as patent law, and, furthermore, in unfair competition, antitrust, payment backlogs and consumer protection cases. He has represented Clients in precedential disputes concerning the protection of pharmaceutical patents and copyright protection on the Internet, as well as in proceedings before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, and in litigation related to appeals against the body’s decisions, in cases involving the abuse of a dominant position, competition-restricting agreements, and practices infringing collective consumer interests.

He is the author and co-author of scientific publications on civil and commercial law, copyright law and new technologies law, including Internet law, advertising and promotion law, media and personality rights, Handbuch des Persönlichkeitsrechts, the monograph Abuse of Legal Personality, monograph Copyright Transfer Agreements, a Commentary on the Act on Copyright and Related Rights, and many articles in legal journals.
