Tomasz, attorney at law and tax advisor, specialises in the development and implementation of group restructurings aimed at increasing their tax efficiency. He also provides comprehensive tax assistance in international tax matters, including international tax planning. Tomasz assists the clients during the transactions relating to securities, shares, IP and real properties. He is an experienced litigator conducting tax and court proceedings. He has participated in and supervised numerous tax audits and tax due diligence projects.
