Mr. Sales has extensive experience with commercial litigation and arbitration, pension and ERISA matters, and products liability disputes. He represents energy and petrochemical companies in commercial, trade secret and construction cases. Mr. Sales also represents the Houston Firefighters Relief and Retirement Fund, the Houston Municipal Employees Pension System, and the Houston Professional Fire Fighters Association in significant litigation against the City of Houston. Mr. Sales has represented defendants in several national, multi-district litigations.
