Her practice focuses on providing advice on a wide range of national and international tax and corporate matters. She has extensive experience in business structuring and reorganization, mergers and acquisitions, planning for corporate tax efficiency both domestically and cross-border, capital markets taxation, strategic planning for personal and family wealth, and tax litigation.
Active in academic matters, she is a university professor of Tax Law at the Catholic University of Chile and in the Master's program at the University of the Andes. She has also been a speaker at multiple diploma courses on tax topics organized by the Catholic University of Chile and the Adolfo Ibáñez University.
