Career

Valeria Estathio has been working in the Tax Law Area of O’Farrell since 2005 and has been a Partner since 2014.

She provides advice to domestic and international companies both in domestic and international transactions. Valeria specializes in the design of investment structures for the development of new businesses and proactively participates in the design of corporate reorganization processes. She also has broad experience in tax and social security litigation, representing utilities, and pharmaceutical, automotive and retail companies, among others.
