Work Highlights

A select list of Ms. Rabia's recent representations includes: the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey in its $13 billion plan to redesign John F. Kennedy International Airport; Empire State Development and the Metropolitan Transportation Authority in the redevelopment of Penn Station; Moynihan Station Development Corp. and Empire State Development in connection with the redevelopment of the Farley Post Office building into the Moynihan Train Hall; Shed NYC in the development of New York’s first arts center of its kind; investors in connection with a $4.2 billion financing of industrial properties, a $992 million financing of a portfolio of industrial properties and the acquisition of $1.3 billion of debt facilities; the Qatar Investment Authority in its acquisition of the St. Regis Hotel in New York and a residential development in California; and Ares Management in connection with the workout of distressed debt.
