Victor specialises in capital markets work, securities work, financial restructurings and corporate finance. He has an extensive international experience. Victor advises Dutch and international financial institutions and the Dutch government (including the Dutch central bank and the Ministry of Finance) on regulatory and civil law issues relating to banking and securities transactions. Victor is a professor of securities laws at Radboud University in Nijmegen, and he publishes regularly in prominent legal journals. He is the author of the leading Dutch securities law book. He has been a member of the Supervisory Boards of Dutch financial institutions and is currently a member of the Management Board of Vereniging Aegon.
