Career
Lawyer of the Demarest’s Compliance area, Victoria Arcos holds a bachelor's degree in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP) and a bachelor’s degree in Public Policy Management from University of São Paulo (USP). She has a great deal of experience in multi-jurisdictional internal investigations focusing on anti-corruption and anti-fraud. She also has expertise in due diligences, high complexity investigations for ongoing leniency negotiations between competing authorities and monitoring. Victoria is experienced in integrity programs’ evaluation, and additionally, she advises anti-corruption law consultations.
