All employment and industrial relations related disputes which include not only unfair dismissal claims, judicial review, trade disputes, trade union matters, collective agreements, retrenchment and reorganisation exercises, performance management. He also regularly appears at various levels of the Court hierarchy including the Labour Court, Industrial Court, Sessions Court, High Court, Court of Appeal and Federal Court.
