Virginie Liebermann provides both litigation and advisory services to clients from a variety of sectors, including retail, automotive, health and finance. Virginie assists clients with e-commerce as regards the promotion of products or services, commercial communication, promotional games, product labelling and data protection issues. She has experience in a variety of sectors, for example retail business, automotive, health and financial.
Her work also includes advice on copyright, information technology and emerging technology (e.g. artificial intelligence), privacy law, trademarks and company names, e-commerce, and on regulatory clearance of media and advertising projects.
Virginie further specialises in employment law issues, including the drafting of contracts and internal policies where she combines her data and tech expertise with employment law matters, such as monitoring of employees in the workplace (e.g. via use of CCTV), internal investigations, and theft of data and know-how.
Career
Virginie joined MOLITOR in 2007 and she was promoted to Counsel with the Business & Commercial practice groups, specialising in Media, Data, Technologies and IP.
Virginie now heads the practice area.
