Vu Dzung focuses on M&A and corporate matters, banking and finance, and capital markets. He has an established reputation in the market for his expertise in cross-border M&A transactions with various clients in both sell side and buy side. He is well regarded for his significant expertise in key financing and ECM mandates, and he advises both major international lenders and domestic borrowers on a wide array of instructions spanning bond issuances, banking litigation, and project and asset finance. Dzung has led numerous significant aircraft financings and infrastructure financings. He also advises on major debt and equity capital markets transactions onshore and offshore.

Dzung is particularly recommended for his advice to investors coming into Vietnamese market, who value his "good business sense and legally sound practical solutions."
