Mr. Gu is a partner based in our Shanghai office. His main practice areas include dispute resolution, compliance, antitrust and employment-related matters.

Mr. Gu has dealt with hundreds of cases in the area of commercial dispute resolution. Mr. Gu assists both multinational enterprises and well-known domestic enterprises, such as IFC, Deutsche Bank, Standard Chartered, BNP, UBSS, CDB Capital, Lane Crawford, Tyco, Siemens, Samsung, Navistar, Boehringer-Ingelheim, Coach, Burberry, Bayer, Novartis, Petronas, Pentair, United Airline, Parker, Sanofi-Aventis, etc.

Mr. Gu has rich experience in connection with government investigation, particularly regarding anti-corruption and anti-trust matters. Mr. Gu also helps his clients on regulatory matters, including without limitation, carrying out internal investigation and risk control procedure.

With regard to employment-related matters, Mr. Gu provides many international and domestic clients with a variety of legal services, such as perennial consultation, potential dispute prevention, negotiation with employees, labor disputes resolution (through both arbitration and litigation).
