Wendy Gallegos is co-leader of the Firm’s Global Private Funds and Investment Management Practice and leads the Firm’s Real Estate Funds practice with over 20 years of experience focused on real estate private equity. Wendy represents many of the largest real estate private equity firms and a number of sector-specific operators and allocators in forming open-end and closed-end private equity funds with a wide range of real estate and real-estate related investment strategies across the US, Asia-Pacific and Europe. Wendy also represents investment managers in structuring and negotiating club deals and separate accounts and in investing capital on behalf of private equity funds and other investment vehicles, including through joint ventures, preferred equity and other investment structures.

Wendy is a regular speaker at industry conferences and has been recognized as a leading investment funds lawyer by several publications. Most recently, Wendy was ranked as a top Fund Formation attorney in both Chambers Global 2023 and Chambers USA 2022-2023.
