Partner and co-head of SK&S fintech team. With SK&S since 2006. His expertise covers regulatory issues regarding the commencement and pursuit of operations by Polish and foreign entities in the banking sector, as well as payments and brokerage services.
Represents clients in proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), including in connection with acquisitions by Polish regulated entities. Took part in many projects dealing with regulated outsourcing and the implementation of new technology solutions in the banking and payment services sectors, including the use of cloud computing, mobile payments, the security of payment instruments and virtual currencies. In
2015 the Dziennik Gazeta Prawna daily awarded him the “Rising Star” title.
