Partner at DLL, Xavier Sisa Cepeda, with more than 25 years of experience, leads the Public Law Area and intervenes in the Labor and Dispute Resolution practice. He is a lawyer from Catholic University of Ecuador and has a master's degree in fundamental rights awarded by the Carlos III University of Madrid-Spain and an MBA awarded by the IDE in Ecuador.

He has participated in structuring of business, advising in corporate, commercial and tax matters for national and international clients. He has represented companies in administrative, constitutional, civil or labor disputes, and he is an arbitrator of the International Arbitration Center (CIAM). As part of his professional activity, he represents and advises tourism companies with operations in natural areas such as Galapagos.

In the last decade, he has represented Ecuadorian business unions, participating in different regulatory discussions at multiple government levels. As part of his labor practice, he has represented the Ecuadorian employer sector before the National Labor Council, as well as employers' delegate to the International Labor Organization.

He is recognized for his diligence, strategic and ethical management of both, public relationship, and legal cases under his control, including highly sensitive cases of national interest.
