Yaaser practices in commercial dispute resolution and is recognised as a leading barrister across his specialisms of public and administrative law, human rights, planning and environmental law, and protest law. He regularly appears in the High Court and Court of Appeal, and has been instructed in 9 Supreme Court cases since 2019. Yaaser has been appointed to the Attorney General’s Panel of Counsel (B panel) and is called to the Bar of Northern Ireland.
He is regularly instructed in high-profile cases for individuals, NGOs, major companies, regulatory bodies and Government, believing that he can provide the best service to each of his clients if he has the broadest experience possible.
