Zhao Yinwei handled a retrial case of disputes over confirmation of property rights tried by the Supreme People's Court, which is Dalian Haneda Steel Tube Co., Ltd. v. Hongfeng Steel Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. in Dalian Free Trade Zone, Co., Ltd., Haneda Steel Pipe Works Co., Ltd., and Longwangtang Sub-district Office in Dalian High-tech Industrial Park. The case was won in its entirety, and extracted into cases from the Supreme People’s Court Gazettes.

Zhao Yinwei acted in disputes over compensation for damage arising out of false statements on securities cases of Ingenious ENE-Carbon New Materials Group Co.,Ltd v. more than 300 shareholder investors. These high volume and complex cases involved expertise in securities capital markets, after careful analysis and grasp of the case, representation of the case resulted in a favourable outcome, cases have broad social interest and market impact.

The disputes over contracts of suretyship case between Shenyang Baogong Branch of Shengjing Bank Co., Ltd. v. Shenyang basic industry Construction Development Group Co., Ltd., Shengjing Bank claimed the amount of ￥202,318,367.94 and demanded that defendant assume responsibility for the guarantee. Lawyer Zhao combined her rich practical experience in the special practice area of bankruptcy and reorganisation, taking bankruptcy law and relevant laws and regulations on guarantees as the cornerstones of the discussion, and analysing in-depth the focus of the disputes involved in the case, after rigorous and meticulous legal professional argumentation, lawyer Zhao secured a winning result of rejecting all the plaintiff's claims for the client, which won the client's excellent appreciation and recognition.
