Yoad is the International Tax Partner at YEtax and has several Specialties in international tax include residence (individuals and corporations), tax treaties, tax havens, exchange of information, returning residents, multinational enterprises, relocation, trusts and anti-avoidance rules.

EXPERIENCE

Head of the International Taxation and voluntary disclosure Department. In the years 2003-2010 Yoad worked for the ITA in various capacities, including as a tax inspector and as a Tax Specialist in the International Tax Division. He managed the exchange of information with foreign tax authorities, furnished consulting services to assessment offices, participated in committees in the areas of international tax legislation, issued various significant tax rulings and was involved in mutual assistance procedures with foreign tax authorities. He also participated in the negotiations of double taxation treaties (U.K., Austria, Belgium, Denmark and Germany) and represented the ITA in an exchange of information working party in the OECD.
