Career
Yong-Jae Chang is a partner in Banking and Finance Group of Lee & Ko. He has over 25 years of experience in banking, structured finance, leveraged finance, project finance, real estate finance and cross-border investment. He has been involved in many high profile cross-border and domestic transactions representing both Korean and other major international financial institutions and corporations. He is also a member of the International Litigation Practice Group and has been assisting clients in respect of international dispute risk management with his multi-jurisdictional experience. He is currently the Secretary-General of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA) and was the Chair of the Cross-Border Investment Committee and the Membership Committee, respectively. He is an officer of the International Bar Association (IBA) and was the member of the Organising Committee for IBA Annual Conference in Seoul in 2019. He has also served as a member of the International Committee of the Korean Bar Association.
