He advises on all aspects of competition law for both domestic and multi-national clients in connection with M&A, joint ventures and strategic alliance projects as well as cartel investigations and follow-on private lawsuits.

He has abundant experiences and expertise in handling merger control for high profile mergers particularly in automobile, pharmaceutical and IT/digital industries and highly concentrated chemical/metal materials sectors. His recent professional highlights also include counseling for cartel investigations on electronics, financial and healthcare sectors. Furthermore, he assisted his clients securing the results with no enforcement actions from the JFTC and other competition agencies in unilateral conduct investigations.
