Yosuke Kanegae is particularly strong in cases involving international elements, cases requiring the handling of complex financial schemes, and business restructuring cases requiring negotiations with a large number of interested parties. In recent years, he has been involved in a wide range of projects, including the out-of-court workout of a publicly traded company operating a wedding business that was unable to repay its COVID-19 loan, the restructuring of a project financing for a renewable energy business that went out of business due to rising fuel prices, a restructuring project for an auto parts manufacturer that was suffering from the development of electric vehicles, and the restructuring of a company operating a high-tech business using cloud computing and blockchain technology.
