Ms. Yang has been focusing on cross-border international practice for more than 20 years, serving both Chinese and international clients in fields as diverse as general corporate and commercial, capital markets and corporate finance, M&A, foreign inbound investment, Chinese companies’ outbound investment, international trade and various international projects (incl EPC), private equity and venture capital, IP strategy and general compliance, restructuring, repurposing strategy, insolvency and cross-border dispute resolutions.

Personal

Ms. Yuhua YANG graduated from Peking University with an LL.B. degree and a BA (Econ). She received an LL.M. degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Certificate of Study in Business and Public Policy from Wharton School in 2006. In 2004 and 2005 Ms. Yang participated in the Lord Chancellor’s Training Scheme for Young Chinese Lawyers, a program run by the English legal professions. During that period she was seconded to various law firms in London and Hong Kong.
