Practice Areas
As a partner in Akin’s international trade practice, Yujin McNamara represents clients in trade litigation before U.S. agencies and international organizations, including dispute settlements under the World Trade Organization (WTO); antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings before the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission; and trade remedy litigation under the U.S. Court of International Trade. She also advises U.S. and foreign companies and sovereign entities on various international trade law and policy matters related to WTO agreements, Regional Free Trade Agreements, Regional bilateral investment treaties and U.S. trade policy.
Career
Yujin served as a post-graduate legal intern in the Legal Affairs Division of the WTO. She also served as a legal intern with U.S. CIT Judge Delissa Ridgeway. Yujin was selected by Profiles in Diversity Journal for its 2023 Asian Leadership Award. She was also among the select recipients of the Government of Korea Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy’s (MOTIE) prestigious 2023 Ministerial Award for her work with the Ministry.
Personal
Yujin received her B.A. and M.A. from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, and her J.D. with honors from the American University, Washington College of Law.
