Represented Qidong Baling in a patent infringement dispute case (retrial by the Supreme People's Court), which was selected as one of the top ten typical cases of intellectual property judicial protection by the Nantong Intermediate Court in 2008, one of the top ten intellectual property cases by the All-China Lawyers Association for 2011-2012, and included in the annual report on intellectual property cases by the Supreme People's Court (2010);

• Represented NXP Semiconductors and others in a case against Jingyuan Company and others for unauthorized use of a well-known product's specific name, which was selected as one of the top ten intellectual property cases of the Guangdong Provincial Courts in 2017;

• Represented FOREO in a case against Jindao Company over the infringement of an appearance design patent for a facial cleansing device, which was selected as one of the top ten cases of intellectual property judicial protection in Shanghai in 2020;

• Represented Xiaomi agaisnt Royal KPN in a patent infringement dispute, which was selected as one of the top ten typical cases of technological innovation by the Beijing Intellectual Property Court in 2021;

• Represented Actions in a case against TX for infringement of technical secrets, which was the first case in the nation to mandate behavior preservation while sending it back for retrial, and was selected as one of the top ten typical cases of anti-unfair competition by the Supreme People's Court in 2022;

• Represented in a case regarding the rejection of the three-dimensional “shoe upper seam line” trademark application, which was selected as one of the top ten cases of judicial protection for trademark authorization confirmation by the Beijing Courts in 2022.
