Career
Zoe has significant experience in various facets of the law, including Banking and Finance, Minerals and Mining and Fintech. She has advised several major Ghanaian and international companies and investors on their commercial activities and investments in Ghana. Her experience includes advising on regulatory and licensing matters, financing, debt restructuring, corporate reorganizations and mergers and acquisitions.
She has also spearheaded the Firm’s Minerals and Mining and Telecommunications and Technology Practice Groups. Her experience in the mining sector includes regulatory advice on operations, employment law and compliance issues. She assisted with a legal audit of the operations of a leading mine in Ghana.
Zoe is the recipient of several accolades including her ranking as a Highly Regarded Lawyer in Banking, M&A by IFLR1000; a recipient of the 40 under 40 Awards in 2017 which celebrates Ghana’s most influential and accomplished lawyers under forty (40) years. She was also named as part of IFLR1000’s Women Leaders 2021.
