Public Private Partnerships (PPP) 

At the forefront of Pakistan's PPP industry since its inception, Mr. Ali Khan is recognized as the pioneer of the sector. Moreover, the Firm has established its dominance in the PPP sector, advising sponsors, lenders, contractors, and federal and provincial governments on the most complex and innovative PPP projects nationwide. Notably, it spearheaded amendments to enable the first Government-to-Government water infrastructure PPP project in Sindh, marking Kuwait's inaugural PPP transaction in Pakistan.
