System B Certificate
In January 2023, /asbz received B Corp certification, becoming the first major law firm in Brazil to join the global community of leaders focused on building a more inclusive, equitable, and regenerative economic system for people and the planet, in line with our commitment to ESG.
6-month maternity and paternity leave
In 2017, /asbz was one of the first firms in the world to offer 6 (six) months of fully paid maternity and paternity leave, including for cases of adoption and same-sex unions.
Time Sheet is not a criterion for evaluating people
At /asbz, no professional is evaluated based on this criterion, regardless of seniority, but, rather, based on dozens of other individual, collective, tangible and intangible metrics.
Code of Conduct and Ethics, Ethics Committee and Whistleblowing Channel
/asbz has a code of conduct and ethics, an ethics committee and a public whistleblower channel to ensure that all asbz stakeholders adhere to the principles, guidelines and values related to ESG practices.
Diversity and Inclusion
We value people for who they are, regardless of age, sex, gender, sexuality, color, appearance, religion, or other characteristics. We support projects promoting inclusion and diversity, as well as initiatives to train and develop leaders from minorities, aiming to reduce societal and internal imbalances.

In addition to having the social cashback program that generates direct investments in the institutions listed above, /asbz also invests the time of its professionals in campaigns and legal advice.

Carbon Neutral
In 2023, /asbz became carbon neutral by purchasing UN-certified carbon credits to offset over 82 tons of carbon emitted in 2022. Additionally, /asbz invested in forest restoration by planting 580 tree seedlings in agroforestry systems.
