Business Immigration
Black Helterline’s three immigration lawyers specialize in working with businesses and foreign workers to secure the most appropriate nonimmigrant visa status for foreign employees. The firm has successfully filed countless petitions for temporary work authorization and visas, including those for H-1B specialty occupations, L-1A and L-1B intracompany transferees, E-1 and E-2 treaty investors and traders, O-1 individuals of extraordinary ability, and TN status for citizens of Canada or Mexico who work in a variety of occupations.
