Rosalyn is a Corporate, Funds and Financial Services lawyer practising as Managing Director of Breedy Henderson Limited and as an experienced Non-Executive Director sitting on private company boards, Lanware, Greengage Digital Merchant Bank and listed company Abdrn Smaller Companies Income trust plc.
She has 30 years of experience working in private practice, investment banking and at a multi-family office. Rosalyn has a particular interest in financial regulation and financial policy work alongside innovation, ESG (environmental, social and governance), diversity and inclusion, and she regularly writes and speaks on these matters. She is a member of the University of Bristol's Innovation Board, a member of the Integrity and Ethics committee of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment and a strategic advisor to Black Women in Asset Management.

Rosalyn also establishes private funds, advises family offices and fund management businesses and acts on a range of private equity and joint venture deals.
