Established in 1999, Creighton & Partners is a specialist family law firm. It has offices in Central London and Staines-Upon Thames.

Creighton and Partners offer a unique specialist service representing both parents, Children’s Guardians and local authorities in complex public law child protection cases and private family law matters.

Whilst being based in London and the South East, Creighton and Partners clients are based across the country as well as abroad, often dealing with international issues, as well as those within England and Wales.

Creighton and Partners Child Care team are considered to be ‘experts in their field’ who have a wealth of experience in acting for parents and children involved with social services both pre proceedings and during proceedings. The team is able to assist with all matters including applications for emergency protection orders, care orders, supervision orders, secure accommodation orders, special guardianship orders (including advice upon support plans), adoption and applications under the Inherent Jurisdiction of the High Court. Many members of the team are members of the Law Society’s Children Panel. They are committed to providing a full service to their clients and have a team of dedicated solicitor advocates and solicitors with Higher Rights of Audience (Civil).

Creighton and Partners Private Law team undertakes all aspects of private family law work including protective orders for victims of domestic violence, divorce, arrangements for children and financial matters arising upon divorce. Many of their cases involve international elements and they are named on the Royal Court of Justice’s International Child Abduction Panel.
