The partnership exclusively specialises in the field of criminal law. Apart from the defence of individuals, the firm offers legal counselling and representation to national and international enterprises in criminal investigation proceedings. Very important for the day-to-day counselling practice, especially for enterprises, is the precautionary counselling on criminal law to prevent criminal proceedings (“criminal compliance”).
