Profile
Dunning Rievman & MacDonald LLP ("DR&M") specializes in dispute resolution (litigation and arbitration, domestic and international), M&A and other commercial transactions, project finance, corporate matters and tax. DR&M was founded in 2019 with the intention of combining the experience and quality of a larger firm with the more personal approach of a boutique firm. The firm has grown steadily since 2019 but has stayed true to these purposes. Prior to working at DR&M, all our partners gained experience at large US and international law firms.
Given our firm’s structure, we have great flexibility to adapt to our client’s specific needs. We are known to be extremely efficient and responsive. DR&M also has significant capabilities to help international clients, with several multilingual attorneys admitted to practice in other jurisdictions. We provide legal advice, at a native level, in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Turkish.

In the Investment Arbitration area, we advise our clients on the use of treaties and/or agreements for investment protection, the design of mechanisms for resolving disputes, conducting pre-litigious negotiations, hearings, advising on the execution of judgments and arbitration awards, and advising on third-party funding.
Our team has a deep understanding of the litigation finance world (third-party funding) and we regularly assist clients to obtain financing for their most challenging disputes.
