Litigation:
Commercial and business litigation including matters related to employment, real estate, environmental, estate, healthcare, product liability, bankruptcy, banking, creditors’ rights, public entity liability, personal injury, chancery practice and ADR. Complex and ‘bet the company’ litigation and more routine cases. Federal, state and appellate expertise. Criminal & White Collar:
Representation in criminal and quasi-criminal investigations, administrative enforcement proceedings, criminal prosecutions in federal, state, municipal and juvenile courts. Conduct and defend against internal investigations targeting alleged offenses including financial fraud, corruption, FCPA violations breaches of fiduciary duty, environmental violations. Counsel related to regulatory compliance issues including those involving the OAE, BME and ATF. Clients include private corporations, public institutions, senior executives, public officials.
