Holt Baker was founded in 2017, to offer clients an innovative way to access high quality legal and finance support, at a very competitive cost.Drawing together these two regulated services, clients can access both together, or separately, depending on the stage and needs of their business. So, opportunities are not missed and work is not duplicated. One client has said: “They waste no time in getting to the heart of the matter ….it's so valuable to be able to deal with legal, commercial and finance in a single conversation”. Holt Baker was a finalist in the Legal Innovation Awards two years running.
