Maynard Nexsen's role as outside counsel to fiduciaries and wealth management institutions includes a collaborative offering of the Firm's Wealth Management and Fiduciary Litigation practices.The Firm provides fiduciaries with advice and counsel to assist them in fulfilling their fiduciary duties while minimizing potential liability. Maynard Nexsen's Fiduciary Advisory Services group includes highly specialized attorneys who practice primarily in the area of trusts and estates, providing counsel on gift, estate, and fiduciary income tax issues; estate and gift planning techniques; trust and estate administration; fiduciary risk management; regulatory matters; and corporate opportunity. Services include:


  • The drafting and maintenance of policies and procedures manuals;
  • The preparation and review of marketing materials, both from a regulatory and content standpoint; Strategic planning for corporate opportunity, corporate restructuring and overall fiduciary risk management;
