Advised Benefit One Inc. on its acquisition of its competitor JTB Benefit in a highly concentrated market.Even though the matter involves a difficult issue regarding a two-sided market, the firm successfully persuaded the JFTC to clear the transaction unconditionally in the Phase I review.
