Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions:
Nassar Abogados approaches corporate cases not only from a legal perspective but also with a solid understanding of the commercial and economic interests of its clients and in depth understanding of the dynamics of business forms. This enables the firm to create innovative solutions to complex corporate matters for clients such as IBM, Amanco Wavin, Vista Equity Partners, LatAm Logistic Properties, Phoenix Tower International (a Blackstone company), Lafarge Holcim and Visa Inc. The firm has developed a high profile corporate and M&A practice group that has become a significant and active player on the Central American jurisdictions. Some of the M&A transactions in which the firm was involved lately were conducted for Phoenix Tower International, Industrial Growth Partners, Vista Equity Partners and other private equity funds.
Dispute Resolution:
The firm has constructed a specialised team of litigators with expertise in commercial law, civil law and competition law that has successfully safeguarded its clients’ interests in complex litigation and arbitration cases of breach of contracts, civil liability, allegations of anti-competitive behaviour and those related to regional regulations that protect the interests of local agents and distributors of foreign companies. Aviation:
