LEGAL TECH

Orbit focusses on innovation since the firm’s launch. With the in-house development of investor onboarding and fund scoring tools and a fully cloud-based infrastructure, this technological advantage optimizes work processes and offers clients an even faster and more reliable service.

• The investor onboarding tool serves fund managers (GPs). It simplifies and digitalizes previously lengthy subscription processes and enables Orbit to provide comprehensive support for GPs on investor onboarding. It replaces analog onboarding processes and enables fund investments „on the go“ via smartphone.
• The fund scoring is built for fund investors (LPs). The legal due diligence on the target funds is visualized, standardized and comparable and can thus be included in risk-based investment decisions in a standardized manner. For the first time, the client receives an objectified answer to the question of which findings from the legal due diligence are relevant from a risk or economic standpoint. The "Fund Scoring Tool" digitalizes and objectifies investment decisions.
