With more than 130 London-based lawyers, we field Europe’s preeminent private equity-focused team in London, providing comprehensive cross-border M&A, financing, capital markets, tax, competition, investment funds, and IP and technology transactions capabilities. The team collaborates closely with the firm’s global private equity teams to execute cross-border transactions and navigate regulatory nuances across jurisdictions and to ensure that clients secure the most favourable terms.

ANTITRUST
Our market-leading Brussels- and London-based antitrust teams are the hubs of our European antitrust practice. We represent clients before antitrust and competition authorities in the European Union, the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions around the world, with a focus on providing clients strategic and actionable antitrust advice on their most complex and challenging cross-border M&A transactions, investigations, litigation and compliance issues. The European team also advises clients on foreign investment reviews, state aid, foreign subsidies regulation and digital markets regulation at the European and member state level.
