Capital Markets, Corporate & M&A: 

The group deals with all aspects of corporate and securities laws, including domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. The services range from rendering general daily advice to management of corporate clients to assisting on large cross-border transactions and Initial Public Offerings. The group has extensive international experience, including a US Corporate Desk with two partners admitted to the Bar both in Norway and the State of New York (USA). Ræder has been appointed as an OTC Markets sponsor and assists Nordic companies with applications and admission to OTC Markets.

Competition: 

The team deals with all aspects of competition law. The services range from rendering general daily advice to management of corporate clients to assisting on more complex cartel cases and merger applications.

Employment: 

This experienced team advises on all areas of labour and employment law. The team provides clear, practical, commercial advice on amongst other employment contracts and collective wage agreements, hiring agreements, consultancy agreements and bonus schemes, competition clauses. It handles / manages whistleblowing cases, workplace disputes and harassment cases, and advise on transfer of undertaking, changes in working conditions, restructuring and downsizing, individual dismissals and termination agreements, pension law, dispute resolution and litigation before the courts as well as control measures and privacy in the workplace.

Intellectual Property Rights / TMT: 

Ræder Bing has a strong IP department and vast experience assisting clients in all industries establish, secure and enforce all forms of intellectual property rights, handling contracts, drafts and negotiating on behalf of clients. Our shipping, marine and transport team advises insurance companies, shipping companies, forwarding agents, suppliers in the maritime sector, Norwegian and international banks, arrangers of sale/lease back projects and ship owners on legal issues.
