The firm has extensive experience in M&A and private equity, transactional work, counseling and negotiating foreign and local clients, as well as private equity and other investments.

High-Tech & VC: Shibolet's high-tech and VC practices are among the top practices in the country. The firm participated in establishing some of Israel's leading VC Funds and accompanies both domestic and foreign funds in investments and due diligence processes.
