Bankruptcy & Business Reorganization:
The firm’s bankruptcy group is well recognized for cases that are national in stature. The firm represents debtors and debtors in possession, creditors and creditors’ committees, lenders and trustees in all types of debt restructuring and bankruptcy reorganization proceedings, including out-of-court workouts. Litigation:
